יש בקדשי המזבח מה שאין בקדשי בדק הבית ויש בקדשי בדק הבית מה שאין ב׳ בקדשי המזבח שקודשי המזבח עושין ת׳ תמורה וחייבין עליהן משם פיגול ונותר וטמא וולדן וחלבן אסור לאחר פדיונן וה׳ 15 והשוחטן בחוץ חייב ואין נותנין מהם ל׳ לאומנין בשכרן
2ב׳ ויש בקדשי בדק הבית מה שאין בקדשי המזבח שסתם ה׳ הקדשות לבדק הבית הקדש בדק הבית חל ע׳ על הכל ומועלין בגידוליהן ואין בהן הנייה 20 לכהנים
3ג׳ אחד קדשי המזבח ואחד ק׳ קדשי בדק הבית אין משנין אותן מקדושה לקדושה ומקדישין אותן הקדש עילוי ומח׳ ומחרימין אותן ואם מתו ייקברו ר׳ רבי שמע׳ שמעון או׳ אומר קדשי בדק הבית אם מתו ייפדו
4ד׳ 25 אלו הן הנקברים קדשים שהפילו ייקברו היפילה שילייא תיקבר שור הנסקל ועגלה ערופה וציפרי מצורע ושער נזיר ופטר חמור ובשר בחלב וחולין שנשחטו בעזרה ר׳ רבי שמע׳ שמעון או׳ אומר חולין שנשחטו בעזרה יישרפו 30 וכן חייה שנשחטה בעזרה
5ה׳ אלו הן הנשרפין חמץ בפסח יישרף ותרומה ט׳ טמאה העורלה וכלאי הכרם את שדרכו ל׳ לישרף יישרף ואת שדרכו להיקבר ייקבר ומדליקין בפת ובשמן שלתרומה
