ארוסה ושומרת יבם לא שותה ולא נוטלת כתובה שנאמר אשר תשטה אשה תחת אישה ונטמאה פרט לארוסה ושומרת יבם. ב׳ אלמנה לכהן גדול 5 גרושה וחלוצה לכהן הדיוט ממזרת ונתינה לישראל בת ישר׳ ישראל לממזר ולנתין לא שותה ולא נוטלת כתובה.
2ג׳ ואילו לא שותות ולא נוטלות כתובה האומרה טמאה אני לך ושבאו לה עדים שהיא טמאה. האומרת איני שותה ואמר בעלה איני משקה ושבעלה אינו רוצה להשקותה ושבעלה בעלה בדרך נוטלת כתובה ולא שותה. מתו בעליהן עד שלא ישתו בית שמאי אומרים נוטלו׳ נוטלות כתובה 10 ולא שותות. ובית הלל אומרים לא שותות ולא נוטלות כתובה.
3ד׳ מעוברת חבירו ומיניקת חבירו לא שותה ולא נוטלת כתובה דברי רבי מאיר. וחכמים אומרים יכול הוא להפרישה ולהחזירה לאחר זמן. איילונית וזקינה ושאינה ראויה לילד לא שותה ולא נוטלת כתובה. רבי לעזר אומר יכול הוא לישא לו אשה אחרת ולפרות ולרבות ממנה. ושאר כל הנשים 15 או שותות או לא נוטלות כתובה.
4ה׳ אשת כהן שותה ומותרת לבעלה אשת סריס שותה על ידי כל העריות כולן. ומקנין חוץ מן הקטן וממי שאינו איש.
5ו׳ ואילו שבית דין מקנין להן מי שנתחרש בעלה או נשטה או שהיה חבוש בבית האסורין לא להשקותה אמרו אלא לפוסלה מכתובתה. רבי יוסי אומר אף להשקותה שכשיצא בעלה מבית האסורין ישקינה׃ 20
