אילו קשרים שחייבין עליהן קשר הגמלין וקשר הספני׳ הספנים כשם שהוא חייב על קשרן כך הוא חייב על התירן. רבי מאיר אומ׳ אומר כל קשר שהוא יכול להתירו בידו אחת אין 15 חייבין עליו.
2ב׳ ויש לך קשרים שאין חייבין עליהן כקשר הגמלין וכקשר הספנין קושרת אשה מפתחי חלוק וחוטי סבכה של פסיקיא ורצועו׳ ורצועות מנעל וסנדל ונודות יין ושמן וקדירה של בשר. רבי אליעזר בן יעקב אומר קושרין לפני בהמה בשביל שלא תצא. קושרין דלי בפסיקיא אבל לא בחבל ור׳ ורבי יהודה מתיר. כלל אמר רבי יהודה כל קשר שאינו של קיימא אין חייבין עליו. 20
3ג׳ מקפלין את הכלים אפילו ארבעה וחמשה פעמים ומציעין את המיטות מלילי לשבת אבל לא משבת למוצאי שבת. רבי ישמעאל אומר מקפלין את הכלים ומציעין את המיטות מיום הכיפורי׳ הכיפורים לשבת חלבי שבת קריבין ליום הכיפורים. רבי עקיבה אומר לא של שבת קריבין ליום הכיפורים ולא של יום הכיפורים קריבין לשבת׃ 25
