הזורע תרומה שוגג יופך ומזיד יקיים. ואם הביאה שליש בין שוגג בין מזיד יקיים. ובפשתן מזיד יופך.
2ב׳ וחייבת בלקט ובשכחה ובפיאה ועניי ישראל ועניי כהנים מלקטין. ועניי ישראל מוכרי׳ מוכרים את שלהן לעניים לכהנים בדמי תרומה והדמין שלהן. רבי טרפון אומר אין מלקטין אלא עניי כהני׳ כהנים שמא ישכחו 20 ויתנו לתוך פיהן. אמר לו רבי עקיבה אם כן לא ילקטו אלא טהורים.
3ג׳ וחייבת במעשר ובמעשר עני ועניי ישראל ועניי כהנים נוטלין. ועניי ישראל מוכרין את שלהן לכהנים בדמי תרומה והדמין שלהן. החובט משובח והדש כיצד יעשה תולה כפיפות בצוארי בהמה ונותן לתוכן מאותו המין ונמצא לא זומם את הבהמה ולא מאכיל את התרומה.
4ד׳ 25 גידולי תרומה תרומה. וגידולי גידולין חולין אבל הטבל ומעשר ראשון וספיחי שביעית ותרומת חוצה לארץ והמדומע והביכורים גידולי חולין גידולי הקדש ומעשר שני חולין ופודה אותן בזמן זרעם.
5ה׳ מאה לגינה של תרומה ואחת של חולין כולן מותרין בדבר שזרעו כלה אבל בדבר שאין זרעו כלה אפילו מאה של חולין ואחת של תרומה כולן אסורין.
6ו׳ 30 הטבל גידוליו מותרין בדבר שזרעו כלה. אבל בדבר שאין זרעו כלה גידולי גידולין אסורין. אי זהו דבר שאין זרעו כלה כגון הלוף השום והבצלים. רבי יהודה אומר השום כשעורים.
7ז׳ המנכש עם הנכרי בחסיות אף על פי שפירותיו טבל אוכל מהן עראי. שתלי תרומה שניטמאו שתלן טהרו מלטמא ואסורין מלוכל עד שיגום את האוכל. רבי יהודה אומר עד שיגום 35 וישנה.
