ב׳ כל שחייבים עליו משום שבות ומשום רשות ומשום 30  מצוה בשבת חייבין עליו ביום טוב 74vB  ואלו הן משום שבות לא עולים באילן ולא רוכבים על גבי בהמה ולא שטים על פני המים ולא מספקים ולא מטפחים 5  ולא מרקדים ואילו הן משום רשות ולא דנים ולא מקדישים ולא חולצין ולא מייבמין ואילו הן משם מצוה לא מקדישין ולא מחרימים ולא מעריכים ולא מגביהים תרומה ומעשרות כל אלו ביום טוב אין צורך לומ' בשבת אין בין יום טוב לשבת אלא 10  אוכל נפש בלבד
