מעשר שני אין מוכרין אתו ואין ממשכנים 32rB  אותו ואין מחליפים אותו ולא שוקלין כנגדו ולא יאמר אדן לחבירו בירושלם הא לך יין ותן לי שמן וחומץ וכן 5  שאר כל הפירות אבל נותנין זה לזה מתנת חנם

ב׳ מעשר בהמה אין מוכרין אותו תמים חי ולא בעל מום חי ושחוט ואין מקדשין בו את האשה הבכור מוכרין אותו תמים 10  חי ובעל מום חי ושחוט ומקדשין בו את האשה אין מחללין מעשר שני על אסימון ולא על המטבע שאינו יוצא ולא על המעות שאינן ברשותו

ג׳ הלוקח בהמה לזבחי 15  השלמים וחייה לבשר תאווה יצא העור לחולין אף עלפי שהעור מר מרובה על הבשר כדי יין סתומות מקום שדרכן להימכר סתומות יצא הקינקן לחולין האיגוזין וה 20  והשקדים יצאו קליפיהן לחולין התמד עד שלא החמיץ אינו נלקח בכסף מעשר משהחמיץ נילקח בכסף מעשר

ד׳ הלוקח חייה לזיבחי שלמים ובהמה לבשר תאווה 25  לא יצא העור לחולין כדי יין פתוחות או סתומות מקום שדרכן להימכר פתוחות לא יצא הקינקן לחולין סלי תאינים וסלי ענבים עם הכלי 32v  32vA  לא יצא ו דמי כלי לחולין

ה׳ הלוקח מים ומלח ופירות המחוברים לקרקע או פירות שאינן יכולין להגיע ליר 5  לירושלם לא קנה מעשר הלוקח פירות שוגג יחזרו דמים למקומן מזיד יעלו ויאכלו במקום אם אין מקדש ירקבו

הלוקח בהמה שוגג יחזרו דמיה למקומה מזיד תעלה ותאכל במקומו ם אם אין מקדש תקרב על יד עורה 10

ו׳ אין לוקחין עבדים וקרקעות ובהמה טמאה מדמי מעשר שני אם לקח יאכל כנגדן אין מביאין קיני זבים קיני זבות קיני יולדות חטאות ואשמות מדמי מעשר 15  שני ואם הביא יאכל כנגדן זה הכלל כל שהוא חוץ לאכילה ולשתייה וליסיכה מדמי מעשר שני יאכל כנגדו
